FAQ

Frequently asked

+How long does a full bathroom remodel take?

Most full baths take 3–5 weeks from demo day to final walkthrough. Master baths with structural changes can run 6–8 weeks.

+Do I need to move out?

No. If it's your only bathroom, we sequence work to keep it usable overnight for as long as possible and can install a temp toilet if needed.

+Do you pull permits?

Yes. We pull plumbing, electrical, and mechanical permits where required by the City of Omaha and inspect through completion.

+What's a typical budget?

Hall baths generally run $12k–$22k. Master baths run $25k–$55k+. See our blog post on bathroom costs for a detailed breakdown.

MDIN completely transformed our outdated master bath into a spa-like retreat. The tile work is flawless and the team stayed on schedule. Communication was excellent from estimate to final walkthrough.

Jennifer M.
West Omaha, NE · Master Bathroom Remodel

We interviewed four contractors before choosing MDIN and it was the right call. Cabinets, quartz counters, backsplash, flooring — everything done in three weeks with zero surprises on the invoice.

David & Karen R.
Millard, NE · Kitchen Renovation

They finished 900 sq ft of basement — framing, drywall, egress, bathroom, LVP flooring. Clean worksite every single day and the quality is honestly better than the main floor of our house.
